Jamson Pestec – Terms & Conditions

1. Service Booking

All pest control appointments can be scheduled via WhatsApp. Confirmation will be sent once your booking has been successfully scheduled.

2. Service Confirmation

Your appointment is only confirmed upon acknowledgment from our team. Same-day or urgent requests are subject to availability.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Any rescheduling or cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a service charge.

4. Access & Preparation

Clients must ensure that our technicians have proper access to the premises at the scheduled time. Please keep the treated areas clear of pets, food items, and personal belongings during and after service as advised.

5. Liability

Jamson Pestec shall not be held liable for pre-existing damage, hidden infestations, or issues arising from factors beyond our control. Our team operates with the highest safety standards but cannot guarantee results if follow-up recommendations are not adhered to.

6. Service Guarantee

We aim for complete satisfaction. Any service-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours for review and follow-up.
