1. Service Booking
Cleaning appointments can be scheduled easily through WhatsApp. Confirmation will be provided once your booking is secured.
2. Service Confirmation
Confirmed bookings are subject to team availability and acknowledgment from our staff. Urgent or same-day requests will be accepted when possible.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to reschedule or cancel. Late changes or missed appointments may incur a fee.
4. Access & Preparation
Clients must ensure that the cleaning area is accessible and that valuables or fragile items are safely stored away before our team arrives.
5. Liability
While utmost care is taken, Jamson Cleantec will not be responsible for pre-existing damage, discoloration, or deterioration caused by prior conditions.
6. Service Guarantee
We strive to deliver spotless results. Any feedback or concerns should be raised within 24 hours of service completion for prompt assistance.
